Hello. I'm Vipindas,
a Staff Product Designer living in Bangalore, India.

Current:
I lead design at RingCentral, where I shape the Agent and Supervisor experience for the Contact Center platform. Over the past 2 years, I’ve led design across core contact center experiences, including real-time AI agent monitoring, supervisor coaching tools, and CX Analytics—turning complex contact center data into actionable insights.

About me:
I’m a self-taught designer with a background in computer engineering. Outside 9-to-5, I play video games, get my cats (and other living beings) to pose for pictures, and cook. I also love traveling and being immersed in new environments, observing how culture shapes design (and vice versa), and I’m always on the hunt for new music.

Previous:
Before joining RingCentral, I led design at Citrix, overseeing UX initiatives for Citrix Workspace and Secure Mail (100M+ users across web and mobile). I managed a design team, contributed to building the design system, and focused on creating cohesive experiences across platforms. I’ve also had the chance to work with various other companies across multiple domains.
